As with any online or offline purchase experience, there are certain terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Below mentioned is the refund policy followed by our company:

  • The enrolment in online course program will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.Students will receive books, pen drives and online access to the course only on complete fee payment.
  • Refund can be issued prior to attending any session for online course and prior to sending book or pendrive subject to valid reasons.
  • Refund will be processed in 7-10 working days from the date of refund approval by the company.
  • While we make our best effort to provide online courses, books and pen drives as advertised, we reserve the right to change our course content. In addition to this, we also reserve the right to terminate the access of any student to the online courses who found to disrupt our products by his or her unacceptable behaviour at any time.
  • If an online course program is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disaster or political reasons, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future online course programs.
  • Please contact info@gstprofessionals.com if you need to raise a request for refund. You may also contact our support team for the same kind of request. Identification is required for all kind of refunds and a cancellation charge may also be applied in certain cases.
